This expert has over 35 years of forensic engineering experience, and he has investigated and worked up more than 100 cases in each area of slip/trip/miss and fall, accident reconstruction and crash analyses, and product failure. He has published papers in the Journal of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE). He has long been active in professional societies and is a past chairman of several. He has been listed in Who's Who in Engineering and Science. He has given expert witness testimony in Federal Courts, State Courts, Local Courts, Arbitration Hearings, and in depositions.

This international technology expert has hands-on experience in all aspects of agriculture, including crop production, equipment design, R&D, teaching, manufacturing, and marketing. He has four advanced degrees in business/engineering, including a Ph.D. in the Automation of Technological Processes from the National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine.
