Law Enforcement Expert Witnesses in Florida

This highly-qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the law enforcement and private security industry. He earned his BS in political science and his MS in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed security officer and security manager and stays active in his field as a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the Gated Community Security Managers Association. Formerly, this expert held positions as a lieutenant and acting captain of criminal investigations, a patrol commander, and the staff director and chief of staff at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. He has also served as the director of security at Isleworth Country Club & Isleworth Community Association as well as the director of public safety for Ocean Reef Public Safety Department. Currently, he is a security director for a university in Florida, a part-time contract investigator for a financial security services company based in Maryland, and the president of his own law enforcement and private security consultancy.

This expert has 30 years of experience in law enforcement. He earned his BA in criminology from St. Leo University, his MPA from Troy State University, and his EdD in organizational leadership from Southeastern University.
