This expert has 35 years of experience in the field of police policy and procedure. He earned his BS in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and his MPA from Harvard University. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He previously served at the New York Police Department for 20 years, starting as an officer and sergeant before becoming lieutenant and, eventually, captain. He is currently a proprietor for a test preparation school for lieutenants, sergeants and police officers in New York as well as an independent consultant in police policy and procedure.
