He has authored over 200 publications that relate to warranties, process improvement, project controls, capital rehabilitation planning, strategic planning, and decision-making as well as books related to infrastructure planning, engineering, economics, and cost engineering. Currently, he serves as a professor of civil engineering as well as a professor and head of the division of construction engineering and management at a renowned Indiana university.
