This highly qualified expert has been in the beverage packaging industry for 15+ years where she has specialized in failure analysis of defective packaging. She has both a BA and MA in Engineering, Polymer/Macromolecular Science from Case Western University and serves as Packaging Committee Chair for the International Society of Beverage Technologists She formerly served as a Senior Packaging Engineer for Dr Pepper Snapple group where her primary responsibility was the analysis of packaging related consumer complaints. This included plastic and glass bottles, caps, cans and other beverage related packaging. Currently, she serves as Principal Consultant at a materials engineering and packaging firm.
