This highly-qualified expert has nearly 50 years of experience as a chemist. He received his BS in chemistry from the University of Illinois before earning his MS in organic chemistry from the University of Minnesota and his PhD in organic chemistry from Loyola University. Throughout his extensive career, he has gained experience in several facets of chemistry, including industrial chemicals, household chemicals, chemical exposure and accidents, product liability, premises liability, paint and coatings, labels and warning, aerosols and spray products, and patent infringement. He is active in his field as a member of several associations, including the National Paint and Coatings Association, the Federation of Societies of Coatings Technology, the American Society of Testing Materials, and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. This expert began his career as a senior research scientist for the Continental Can Company before becoming the group leader for resin development at Rust-Oleum. While at Rust-Oleum, he also served as the manager for both coatings research and development and manufacturing technical support before holding the title of technical director. he has also served as an assistant professor of chemistry at Roosevelt University, an industrial research consultant for Northwestern University, the executive director of PRA Laboratories at Eastern Michigan University, and the vice president of R&D for Roman Adhesives. For over 20 years, this expert has served as a consultant for a private firm.

This highly qualified expert earned his BS from Hope College and his PhD in organic chemistry from Indiana University. He has experience in catalyst research in support of polyethylene manufacturing, additive stabilization of polymers, interaction of chemicals with plastics, extrusion production of plastic pipe, plastic pipe material technical service and plastic pipe system component testing. End use applications in which he is a plastics expert include corrugated plastic pipe, water distribution and plumbing systems, oil and gas production, plastic gas pipe, and conduit. In addition, this expert is active in his field as a member of numerous societies including The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Gas Association, American Petroleum Institute, Plastic Pipe Institute, and Society of Plastics Engineers. Formerly, he held roles as Pipe Applications and Technical Supervisor at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and Technical Director at Microbac Hauser Divison. Currently, he is President of a plastics consulting firm.

This expert is a polymer chemist with experience in formulation, curing and characterization of polymers, including adhesives and rubber applications, thermal, light and electron beam cured epoxies, acrylates, vinyl esters, polyurethane and various other elastomers, in composites, foams, coatings, processing using RIM, RTM, VARTM and rubber compounding. She received her PhD in Organic Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She is currently a consulting chemist for a chemical testing consulting firm.

This expert has significant experience in the development of new products and new test methods for their evaluation, including emerging nano and bio technology based products for healthcare, body protection, space exploration, etc. applications. His research contributions cover the areas of objective evaluation of subjective properties, the study of structure-property relationships, and process/product optimization. He completed his BS and MS in Textile Technology at the University of Madras. In addition, he is active in his field serving as a leader in several AATCC technical committees and in the Fiber Society. Formerly, he held roles as Professor of Textile Technology at the University of Madras, Research Associate at North Carolina State University, and Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as Principal Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology. In this position, he coordinates the industry support activities of his school and works extensively with the global textile and allied industries to solve a wide range of problems associated with the design, production and quality of fiber based products. His background in materials covers all three material types - polymers, metals and ceramics. In the last 12 years, he served as an expert witness in more than 25 litigations spread across multiple states. He worked for both defendants and plaintiffs represented by the local, state and federal government and private agencies.
