This expert has been a full time realtor for 31 years, and has owned and operated her own real estate brokerage firm since 1992. She is a certified residential brokerage manager, certified residential specialist, graduate of the Realtor Institute, accredited staging professional, and a senior real estate specialist. This expert is also the former president of the NJ Association of Realtors and the former president of the Ocean County Board of Realtors. She is currently a Director of the NJ Association of Realtors, and a director of the National Association of Realtors.

This expert has 13 years of experience in residential appraising in most MD counties. She is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, working with both lenders and individual clients to provide prompt and accurate real estate valuations for the purpose of purchase, refinance, estate and financial planning, tax appeals and other purposes. Prior to her position as Lead Appraiser/ Owner of a real estate appraisal firm, she was Appraiser at RT Appraiser. She is also a licensed Realtor.

Educated as an engineer at Duke University with a Master's degree in Management from MIT, this expert has dedicated his career to real estate development, remodeling and home building since 1986. He has been an owner and manager of several small building and development entities in the Baltimore metropolitan region, constructing more than 500 single family and multi-family residences. A hands-on manager, he participates in key aspects of the building and development process: architectural design, contract negotiation, site supervision, estimating, subcontractor management, sales and customer relations, quality control and inspections, and warranty oversight.

This expert has 15 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, economic feasibility, development planning, project management and transactions consulting. He has worked on high-stakes projects valued at up to $500 million and directly managed capital investments for private investors, the federal government, Fortune 500 companies and national banks. He earned a B.A. in environmental design degree from the University of California, Berkeley and dual MBA/ Master in Architecture degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. He currently serves as a principal at a real estate consulting firm in Maryland and as a senior project manager at a government agency in Washington, D.C.
