He manages a building inspection team which checks each property for municipal code compliance and comprehensive safety. Formerly, he was the Onsite Manager for Schneider Residential Properties where he managed 75+ units throughout Chicago as well as the owner of a residential and commercial property services practice that provided building inspection services, and advance carpentry, plumbing, and design. This expert earned his BA at the University of Kansas.
