This highly-qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in the field of risk management, specializing in retail risk assessment, enterprise risk management, retail safety and security management, claims management, liability, and property claim negotiation. He earned his BS from Eastern Kentucky University and has completed professional development courses in risk management services, casualty claims adjusting, and criminal interrogation and behavioral analysis. He is active in his field as a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society. He has formerly served as the manager of risk control and claims for Chiquita Brands International, the director of risk services for the Pillsbury Company, the vice president of risk management for Advance Auto Parts Company, and the director of risk management for Central Parking System. Most recently, this expert served as the director of liability claims for Publix Super Markets.

He earned his BS from California State University, Fresno and is a licensed chartered property casualty underwriter and a casualty claim law associate. This expert has held a number of executive positions at a number of architectural firms across the country, including President and CEO of Ridgway Pioneer Corporation, COO and CFO of RNL Design, and Treasurer of the World Trade Center in Denver. He is currently a Franchisee at a hair salon chain store based in Colorado.

Recent projects include the Luskin Conference Center, Hitch and Saxon Residences, Fielding School of Public Health, Geffen Hall, Engineering 6, Pauley Pavilion, the Court of Sciences Student Center, Boelter Hall, the Edie and Lew Wasserman Building, the Young Research Library, and the Spieker Aquatic Center, and Mira Hershey Hall. This expert is also a Lecturer for a prominent California University’s Department of Architecture and Urban Design, focusing on Professional Practice, Liability, and Construction. He earned his BS from Colorado State University and completed the Colorado POST certification program at AIMS Community College. He has formerly served as the deputy sheriff for the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and an investigator for the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office. For over 10 years, this expert as an agent for the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, acting as the agent in charge for a period of time. He has also served the director of security and investigations for the Colorado Lottery. He has also previously held a number of positions during his tenure with the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division.
