This qualified expert has nearly 35 years of experience in law enforcement and is highly involved in laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages. He earned his BS from Colorado State University and completed the Colorado POST certification program at AIMS Community College. He has formerly served as the deputy sheriff for the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and an investigator for the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office. For over 10 years, this expert as an agent for the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, acting as the agent in charge for a period of time. He has also served the director of security and investigations for the Colorado Lottery. He has also previously held a number of positions during his tenure with the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division. Notably, he was part of the Colorado task force on drunk and impaired driving, the chief of investigations, and the director.
