This expert earned in psychiatry earned his BS from the University of Arizona and his MD from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He then completed a residency in general psychiatry at Mayo Clinic as well as a prestigious fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Cleveland Medical Center of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. This expert is board certified in psychiatry and is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, and the Arizona Psychiatric Society. He is currently an instructor of psychiatry and psychology at an academic medical center and an attending psychiatrist at an integrated health system in Arizona, where he treats civilly committed patients and medically ill patients with comorbid psychiatric illnesses.
