This highly qualified expert received his Ph.D in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, he received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science. This expert has 27 years of academic teaching experience as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the highly regarded University of Michigan. This expert is an American Association for the Advance of Science Fellow and an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Fellow for his distinguished contributions to the field of VLSI. He has served as a Consultant for several semiconductor companies as well as an Adviser and Expert Witness in 8 lawsuits involving DRAM, SRAM, Flash, and FPGA. Currently, he is a Tenured Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at a major university where he continues to make active contributions to the field of semiconductor memory systems, quantum tunneling circuits and CAD Tools, and Reliable VLSI Systems Design.
