He has been awarded many honors including Digital's Incentives for Excellence Award, BF Goodrich National Collegiate Invention Award, and the DARPA Research Excellence Award. This expert is an American Association for the Advance of Science Fellow and an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Fellow for his distinguished contributions to the field of VLSI. He has served as a Consultant for several semiconductor companies as well as an Adviser and Expert Witness in 8 lawsuits involving DRAM, SRAM, Flash, and FPGA. Currently, he is a Tenured Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at a major university where he continues to make active contributions to the field of semiconductor memory systems, quantum tunneling circuits and CAD Tools, and Reliable VLSI Systems Design.
