He received his BS in general engineering from the United States Military Academy before earning his MS in nuclear engineering from MIT and his MBA in finance from the University of Santa Clara. This expert is currently a licensed professional engineer in the state of Kansas. For 22 years, he worked with Black & Veatch Engineers and Contractors, holding a variety of roles including, analyst and section head of system planning, project manager of both owner/engineer projects and Turkey power generation projects, and division head of the Asia power division. This expert then went on to serve as the vice president of construction for Aquila, the managing director of technical support for TYR Energy, and the site and construction manager for Forge Group in Australia.
