A member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance and MBA from the University of Georgia.

She is currently the Director of Academics and an Adjunct Professor teaching safety courses for a top ranked University, and is an OSHA/Safety Consultant with an industry-leading safety and training consulting firm.
