This highly qualified expert has extensive experience in Food Safety and Nutritional Management Services. He holds certifications including ServSafe Food Safety Instructor/Proctor; Certified Executive Chef; Certified Culinary Educator; Registered Dietician; as well as a New York State License from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This expert is nationally recognized as a food safety trainer operating certification classes and "Third-party Audits" throughout New York State approved by local Health Departments. Furthermore, he has traveled the United States as well as Canada inspecting food service operations and restaurants, and instructing food safety certification programs. Currently, he is a Professor of Hospitality instructing food-safety classes for various colleges within New York State; and President of a training and consulting company in the Greater New York City Area.

This highly-qualified expert has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of chiropractic malpractice, with his work having involved manipulative and associated conservative therapies, skeletal muscle exercise, nutrition, supplements, and weight loss. He received his BA in physical education from the State University of New York Cortland and his BS in biology from the National College of Chiropractic previously earning his MA in exercise physiology from the University of Maryland. This expert then went on to earn his DC from National College of Chiropractic and his MS in applied clinical nutrition from New York Chiropractic College. He is involved in research in his field, having authored several publications and scholarly works in the areas of manual therapies, exercise instruction and nutrition over the course of his career. He has also presented at national conferences on spinal manipulation, exercise, soft tissue massage and nutrition. He began his career as a fitness technician for the Institute of Human Performance and has served as an exercise physiologist for the Department of the Interior, the sports and fitness program director for the YMCA Olean, and the staff doctor of chiropractic at Monroe Community Hospital. He also served as a nutritionist for Finger Lakes Progressive Nutrition, as well as an associate professor at New York Chiropractic College. Currently, this expert serves as an academic instructor at a chiropractic college.
