Currently, this expert serves as a broker-associate for a real estate company in Indiana.

This expert has been a full time realtor for 31 years, and has owned and operated her own real estate brokerage firm since 1992. She is a certified residential brokerage manager, certified residential specialist, graduate of the Realtor Institute, accredited staging professional, and a senior real estate specialist. This expert is also the former president of the NJ Association of Realtors and the former president of the Ocean County Board of Realtors. She is currently a Director of the NJ Association of Realtors, and a director of the National Association of Realtors.

Currently, he is the director of building services at a private property management practice where he maintains 300 + residential condominiums, including Gold Coast high rise and small to large multi-family properties. He manages a building inspection team which checks each property for municipal code compliance and comprehensive safety. Formerly, he was the Onsite Manager for Schneider Residential Properties where he managed 75+ units throughout Chicago as well as the owner of a residential and commercial property services practice that provided building inspection services, and advance carpentry, plumbing, and design. He has been an active participant at the local and national level in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where he previously served as the San Diego chapter president. He regularly instructs several national courses and seminars for the IREM, including courses specializing in successful site management, real estate management ethics and introductions to managing residential properties and community associations.
