This expert holds a doctorate degree in toxicology and has been a practicing toxicologist for over 40 years. Board certified by the American Board of Toxicology and a Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences, he had published over 35 scientific articles and is a former president of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Society of Toxicology. He spent over 30 years as a Director of Toxicology for two major pharmaceutical companies and currently serves as an independent toxicology consultant.

He has extensive experience working with roll off dumpsters and construction.

This highly qualified expert has nearly 35 years of experience in the field of environmental forensics. He received in BA in geology from Rutgers University, his MA in geology from Temple University, and this PhD in earth and environmental sciences from the City University of New York. This expert is certified in OSHA HAZWOPER and as a professional geologist. He is active in his field as a member of associations such as the International Society of Environmental Forensics, the National Groundwater Association, and Foundation Scientists Without Borders. His former positions include adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College, geologist and program manager for various environmental firms throughout New Jersey, the vice president of engineering and geology for Environmental Profile Laboratories, and senior geologist for Hudson Environmental Services. Currently, this expert is the director of forensic services at an environmental forensics firm in New Jersey.
