This expert has over 25 years of experience in land surveying. He received a B.S. in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland. Most of his positions have consisted of leading survey field crews for various projects. His expertise includes boundary work, ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, and platting. He currently serves as a Land Surveyor and Team Leader for a consulting firm that provides land surveying services.

This expert has extensive experience with managing day to day operations and safety protocols on large, complex projects for the past 20 years. He has extensive certifications in haz-mat operations and emergency response, specifically as it relates to OSHA compliance. He is a member of the AGC Safety Committee, the National Association of Safety Professionals, and the National Fire Prevention Association. His expert witness experience focuses on construction flaws and OSHA safety violations.

He previously worked at Winn-Dixie Stores as a District Manager and Division Safety Director. He holds several certifications from various associations including the National Association of Safety Professionals and the National Safety Council in Principles of Occupational Safety & Health. He was also formerly acted as Corporate Safety Director for Piedmont Service Group. He currently works as President of a retail safety, compliance, and indoor air quality consulting firm.

This expert received his medical degree from Wayne State University and an MSc in Environmental Health from the City University of New York. He completed his residency at Brown University and the Mayo Clinic, and he is board-certified in Internal Medicine and in Occupational Medicine. In his current clinical role, he provides diagnostic and intervention advice to patients concerned with exposure to toxins. He also collaborates with clinical laboratory scientists and clinicians to create comparative effectiveness research for laboratory utilization practices. In the past, this doctor served as Interim Founding Dean, School of Public Health, at the West Virginia University Health Sciences Center. He was also the chair of the WVU Department of Community Medicine for 15 years, and director of WVU's Occupational Medicine residency program. His national leadership history includes service as Chair, Residency Review Committee in Preventive Medicine, and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. He has also served as Chair, of the Board of Scientific Counselors, National Environmental Health Center and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He frequently acts as a consultant to industry, government, nonprofit organizations, and patient or community groups regarding occupational and environmental health, and public health interventions. He has served as a member of the West Virginia Governors Advisory Council on Substance Abuse, as well as to the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health.

This highly-qualified expert has her Masters, PhD and postdoctoral training in the area of environmental toxicology. She continues to work in this area, focusing primarily on the long term effects following exposures to halogenated hydrocarbons. In addition, her research activities involve the study of drug metabolism and nuclear hormone receptors. Her teaching activities (to dental, medical, graduate and undergraduate students), encompass the disciplines of toxicology and pharmacology. The focus here is understanding how exposures to certain chemicals (drugs or toxicants) elicit specific effects resulting in either therapeutic benefit or damage to certain tissues and how that impacts overall health.
