This expert is a building and construction professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction and building inspection industries. He has testified in numerous trials and depositions for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. He has been qualified as an expert in construction and personal injury cases in courtrooms from New York City to Connecticut to Boston and has authored and presented numerous Continuing Legal Education courses, coast to coast. This expert has been specifically trained in residential and commercial building codes, construction site safety, residential and commercial building envelopes, slip, trip and fall accidents and building inspections. His decades of practical experience provides him with the unique ability to translate written code words into three-dimensional, real world interpretations making him extremely valuable as a forensic expert. Since the late 1970’s, This expert has been involved in the residential and commercial construction and building inspection industries. He also has extensive experience in prefabricated buildings and ran separate building manufacturing, roofing and drywall companies as subsidiaries of his construction company. Using the partnership and knowledge of his father, combined with his natural instincts and abilities as a building professional, he has worked side by side with his dad in the family building inspection and construction businesses since the late 1970’s. As this expert says, “you cannot learn in college what you can learn from your father”. With that as his mantra, he is a firm believer that there is no better educational resource than hands-on experience. In 2014 this expert was hired as the lead expert by one of New York City’s most prominent personal injury law firms to act as the plaintiff’s safety expert in a construction accident case that returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $62 million, the highest amount ever awarded to a single plaintiff in the history of Queens, New York.

This expert has 25+ years of experience in property management specifically in Chicago, IL. Currently, he is the director of building services at a private property management practice where he maintains 300 + residential condominiums, including Gold Coast high rise and small to large multi-family properties. He manages a building inspection team which checks each property for municipal code compliance and comprehensive safety. Formerly, he was the Onsite Manager for Schneider Residential Properties where he managed 75+ units throughout Chicago as well as the owner of a residential and commercial property services practice that provided building inspection services, and advance carpentry, plumbing, and design. This expert earned his BA at the University of Kansas.

This expert is a full service home inspection professional. He has extensive experience in pest control, construction consultation, and a host of other home inspection qualifications. He is an accredited presenter and educator to home inspectors through the NJ Home Inspector Advisory Commission and belongs to the NJ Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors. He is currently the owner/president of his own private home inspection and construction consultation firm.

This highly-qualified expert has nearly 45 years of experience in construction and building codes. He started his career in construction while earning his AA from Eastfield College. He holds over 10 different certifications related to building inspection, including 5 certifications through the International Code Council and a master inspector certification. He is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the International Code Council, and the North American Deck and Rail Association. For over 20 years, he worked as a general construction contractor for General Contracting in Dallas. Currently, this expert serves as a professional residential building inspector for a building inspection company in Texas.

This high-qualified expert has nearly 50 years of experience in the field of construction. He earned his BS from Monmouth College, is a certified EPA renovator, and is licensed as a new home builder, home improvement contractor, construction code official, building sub-code official, and a residential, commercial, industrial, and high rise/high hazard specialist. This expert is active in his field as a member of the Bergen/Passaic Municipal Inspectors Association and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. He formerly served as a construction code official for the Township of Washington in Bergen County and a building sub-code official for the Borough of Paramus, both in New Jersey. Since 1973, this expert has owned and operated a construction company based in New Jersey.
