Expert Qualifications
This expert has extensive experience in both construction and home inspections for mold, water intrusion, air quality, termite damage, and pesticide handling and misuse. He is a certified pest control operator, residential thermographer, and entomologist. He is also a licensed building inspector and mold assessor. This expert is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Entomological Society of America. He has previously served as a branch manager for Orkin Pest Control and as a general manager for Massey Services. He then became the owner of Envirotect Pest Services and Reliable Building Inspections. He currently serves as the owner of a pest and termite services company in Florida.
