This highly-qualified expert specializes in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He earned his BS from Colgate University, his JD from Cornell Law School, and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He began his career as an attorney practicing mergers and acquisitions law in New York with White & Case. He then went on to begin his investment banking career, where he was involved in over 60 mergers or acquisitions with a combined market value of over $1 billion. He then became president of a nationally recognized middle market mergers & acquisitions firm with 14 offices around the country. After almost seven years growing that company, he left to co-found an M&A firm that was quickly recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the Top Investment Banking firms in Chicago. He is currently a founder and partner of a national mergers and acquisitions firm and the founder and partner of an advisory that focuses exclusively on companies in the sports, fitness and leisure industry. He is also the co-founder of an exit planning institute, a leading provider of education, training and resources for business advisors committed to the field of exit planning.
