Expert Qualifications

This HVAC expert is the president of of an engineering consultancy. He has extensive experience in the design of piping, duct, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems for new and retrofit commercial and institutional buildings. This expert has experience working on projects ranging from small to large; project complexity ranges from simple office tenant, retail and hotel projects to base building, to museum renovations. His design experience includes chillers, boiler, steam and central air handler systems, low temperature air, thermal storage and desiccant systems, as well as simple split DX, rooftop and PTAC systems. This expert has performed a range of services from due diligence surveys, economic analyses, concept design, construction documents and construction administration. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Washington University and MS in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Presently, this expert is the President of an independent engineering consultancy.
