Expert Qualifications

This expert is a retired manager from the investor owned gas and electric utility Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. His 25 year career included key management positions in customer service, credit and collections, revenue cycle services, field operations and project management associated with the installation of an industry leading automated metering system. Prior to joining Wisconsin Public Service, this expert worked in the banking industry as a branch manager and corporate consumer loan officer. The first 7 years of his initial professional career was spent as a teacher of social studies, history and physical education, as well as a football coach. He received his B.A. and teaching certification from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. He also served in various key leadership roles for both industry and community organizations.This expert has over 30 years in key leadership and managerial positions and over 25 years experience with a large investor owned gas and electric utility. He has over 10 years experience teaching and coaching and has provided expert analysis and testimony. He has assited in the successful design and implementation of an industry leading smart metering system, the successful design, training and implementation of a companywide process improvement effort, the successful redesign of Collection Services Department leading to reduced expenses, and the successful redesign of the Revenue Services Department. He ahs provided expert witness services to law firms.
