He is a member of several educational organizations, including the American School Counselor Association, the Association for Career and Technical Education, and the National Association of Secondary School Principals. He has previously served as the head of Village Charter School, director of special services for Bound Brook School District, and superintendent for the Bayshore Jointure Commission District. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at a university in New Jersey and a professor of education for a university in Pennsylvania.
