This expert’s involvement in school transportation began behind the wheel of a bus in the 1970s. In 1985 he served as Supervisor of a New York State Education Department Regional Safety Center and was involved in projects such as developing School Bus Driver Instructor and classroom student safety curricula. He returned to Syracuse University in 1989 and earned a Masters in Adult Education. After graduating he started two school travel safety non-profit organizations, The Pupil Transportation Safety Institute and then Safety Rules! where he currently works. He has served on numerous national task forces, committees, and advisory boards directing the future of school transportation for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, National Association for Pupil Transportation, Transportation Research Board, School Bus Fleet, School Transportation News, Transporting Students with Disabilities Conference, and the Federal Head Start Bureau. This expert has presented at the National Safety Council Congress, the National Association for Pupil Transportation Conference, STN Western States Conference, the Mid-America Conference, National Head Start Association, Southeastern States Pupil Transportation Conference, Northeastern Pupil Transportation Safety Institute, Association for School Business Officials International, the All-Canada Conference, and numerous state conferences. He has developed manuals, training programs, and consulting services serving several states and some of the largest fleets in the country.

This expert currently serves as Professor / Chair of Health & Physical Education at a SUNY institution. Prior to this role he was the Fitness & Aquatics Director and Head Men's Lacrosse at SUNY. This expert is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) by the National Recreation and Park Association. He is a voting and attending member of the Sports Equipment, Playing Surfaces, and Facilities committee with American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM). He specializes in Risk Management Programs for various types of sports, recreation and fitness activities as well as the preparation of expert opinions for both plaintiff and defendants, in conjunction with recreation and sport personal injury cases.

This expert in education and law has been in her field for over 20 years. She earned her BA in English from Lehigh University, her MS in education from Temple University, her EdD in education administration and supervision from Lehigh University, and her JD from Delaware Law School. She formerly served as a middle school principal at Willie Ross School for the Deaf, high school principal at Warren Hills Regional, director of education at South Amboy School District, superintendent at Springfield School District, and assistant superintendent at Montville School District. She moved on to work in the legal field as a law intern at Strauss Esmay and Associates and as an adjunct professor of law at Farleigh Dickinson University. This expert is currently an adjunct professor at two law schools in PA and NJ.

This expert is an experienced attorney who specializes in K-12 education practices, with his work focusing on the adequacy of policies, training, supervision, protocols, investigations as they relate to educator and student behavioral misconduct, including harassment, bullying, hazing, and all forms of sexual misconduct. He earned both his BA and his JD from Washington University at St. Louis, having also earned his MA from Harvard University. This expert is active in his field as a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and as a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences on prevention of and response to all types of behavioral misconduct in schools. He formerly was a managing attorney for New Hampshire Legal Assistance, New Hampshire Public Defender, and was a partner at Sanders and McDermont. For the last 29 years, he has been a practicing attorney of a New England law firm based in New Hampshire, where he now serves as the director.
