Holding Masters and Doctoral degrees in automotive mechanical engineering and highway safety, he is a recognized expert whose clients have included U.S., State and Foreign Governments. He has extensive court experience, having been deposed and testified in approximately 200 trials, while he has acted as an automotive engineering consultant in more than 3,000 vehicle crash cases.

He received his BS in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Belgrade, his MS in civil engineering from the University of Zagreb, and his PhD in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Zagreb. He has published four textbooks and over 60 professional publications on topics in transportation engineering. Formerly, he has served as a roadway specialist at the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a transportation planner at Gary Struthers Associates. In addition, this expert has held roles as a leading traffic engineer at CHS Consulting Group and a dean and professor in the college of engineering at Pan-European University. Currently, he is a program and project manager at a major transportation department.

This highly qualified expert has 15 years of experience as an engineer in the accident reconstruction field. He earned both his BS and MS in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University, graduating as valedictorian of both programs. He actively participates in professional development to stay up to date on the latest technology in his field. This expert is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina and Oklahoma and is a certified FAA remote pilot. He is active in his field as a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and currently holds two patents. He is also involved in research, having authored several publications. He has formerly served as an engineering technician for Accident Research Specialists and a guest lecturer of engineering dynamics at North Carolina State University. Currently, this expert serves as a consulting engineer for an accident reconstruction consulting company in North Carolina.

This expert earned his BBA from Marshall University in West Virginia before beginning his career as a buyer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. Thereafter, he moved to Mercedes-Benz working as an assistant manager of purchasing. He then held leadership positions in the purchasing departments of Hyundai Motor America, Eisenmann Corporation, Akebono Brake Corporation, and Robert Bosch GmbH. A certified purchasing manager (CPM), he currently serves as the director of procurement for a German industrial services firm while operating an independent automotive purchasing and procurement consultancy.
