She earned her AAS in nursing from North Central Technical College and is certified as a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) for both adult and pediatric populations. Additionally, she is certified in trauma nursing, neonatal resuscitation, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced cardiac life support. She has extensive experience with patient care, staff education, orientation, and policies.
