This well seasoned professor of higher education has over 30 years of experience in physical education and recreational sports. Throughout his career he has been a member of several professional societies including the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA), the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) and the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO). He served as Director of NIRSA in two different states (New York and Pennsylvania). She holds a B.E. in Secondary Education, a M.E. in Curriculum and Instruction, an M.E. in Educational Administration, and an Ed.D., in Educational Administration. Her previous positions include 24 years as a teacher and administrator. Since 2008, she consults and delivers school safety training to educators and law enforcement officials throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to her work as an Associate Professor of Educational Administration at an Ohio university, she is a nationally recognized expert in school safety, crisis management, and violence prevention through her presentations, trainings, and writing.

This highly qualified attorney has extensive experience in the field of employment law. He was formerly in practice as a labor and employment attorney, where he frequently handled cases discussing discriminatory violations under Title VII. He regularly represented employers charged with Title VII violations before the human relations commissions, and on occasion represented the charging parties in similar cases. When he stopped practicing labor and employment law, this expert pursued a career in arbitration and mediation, where he has since mediated over 100 cases for the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, many of which involve Title VII violations.

This expert has been practicing for over ten years. He is well educated in Pediatric Surgery, and has hospital privileges at three area children's pediatric centers. He has extensive research experience, and has won numerous honors and awards for both his practice and education.
