Formerly, she worked as a teacher at several schools in Illinois and went on to become the director of Nazarene Kiddie College. After this, she held a variety of positions in child care centers including director of the Illinois training center and master academy with LaPetite Academy and director of operations and education at Exploration Bay. Currently, this expert is a self-employed early childhood educational consultant in Illinois where she trains childcare professionals.
