Ms. Rachael Xiong, CRC, CVE, MRC, MPA

Ms. Rachael X. Xiong has specialized experience in the fields of Case Management, Vocational Evaluation & Rehabilitation, Workers Compensation, and Rehabilitation Counseling. They earned their BS in Linguistics from the National Technical University of Ukraine, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, their MPA from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and their MRC from Kent State University. Today, the expert holds certifications as a Certified Vocational Evaluator and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Previously, they held roles as a Graduate Assistant at Kent State University and a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at The Verity Group – Sheakley. Currently, they work as a Rehabilitation Counselor at the Columbus VA Medical Center.
