Traffic Engineering Expert Witnesses in Pennsylvania

This expert is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with over 30 years experience in civil and traffic engineering, land planning and project management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, The Urban Land Institute and The International Council of Shopping Centers.He is currently a Senior Associate of an engineering firm. He is responsible for supervising the preparation of traffic and parking studies as well as roadway improvement and traffic signal plans. He is also experienced in site development feasibility studies, zoning and subdivision regulations, environmental impact statements, site planning, sewage disposal systems, cost estimating and construction observation. He has provided traffic and parking consultant services for various community planning boards.

This highly qualified expert has extensive experience as a civil engineer. He earned his BS at Athens University of Economics and Business before earning his MS and PhD in civil engineering at Purdue University. He is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and as the author of more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. He formerly served as a research program manager at the Center for Road Safety, as a consulting engineer at SGM Engineering, and as an assistant professor and associate director of the Institute for Sustainable Transportation and Logistics at SUNY Buffalo. He is currently an associate professor of civil engineering and the director of a center for transportation research at a major university in New York.
