Currently, this expert is the Director of Maritime Relations at a leading provider of private maritime safety and security solutions, while he also serves as a Maritime Nautical Inspector for the second largest open ship registry in the world, conducting safety, International Safety Management, and Port Security Inspection audits. He is also a Visiting Professor and Deck Training Officer at a major maritime academy.

He is the author of a textbook on OSHA and safety regulations. More than 350 of his articles, columns, and Q&As have been published in newsletters, magazines, etc. This expert specializes in hazard recognition and abatement, site inspection, accident/incident investigation, and citation resolution.
