Pennsylvania hypovolemic shock expert witnesses assess recognition and treatment of severe blood or fluid loss across trauma, surgical, and obstetric settings. Many are emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, anesthesiologists, intensivists, or critical care nurses affiliated with Penn Medicine or UPMC. They commonly evaluate hemorrhage control, sepsis-related hypovolemia, transfusion decisions, resuscitation timing, and monitoring lapses.
