Electrical Engineer Expert Witnesses in Florida

This engineer has a wealth of experience in the fields of power electronics, system dynamics and control, and applied superconductivity. Having earned his doctoral degree in electrical and mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he worked at the university for more than a decade, serving as a Principal Research Scientist, and was the Director of the MIT/Industry Consortium on Advanced Automotive Electrical/Electronic Components and Systems. At the General Electric Corporate Research and Development Center, he led a number of advanced development projects in applied superconductivity, including the largest superconducting generator (20 MVA) to be operated at full load. He is currently the owner of his own consulting company where he serves as a motivational speaker on business strategy.

This expert has 25 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering and has owned and operating a successful engineering firm and consultancy for the past 17 years. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida, where he wrote his dissertation on arc flash hazard mitigation. He has been hired to analyze more than 100 electrical power systems and regularly conducts training on the the hazards of arc flashes, in keeping with the safety procedures recommended by the IEEE, NFPA, and OSHA.
