He has published 8 journal articles, one book chapter and 6 abstracts on various topics in radiology, including abdominal and cancer imaging. He is currently an assistant professor of abdomen imaging in the radiology department of a University in Michigan, and a staff radiologist at Ann Arbor VA healthcare center.

He then went on to complete an Internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, as well as two Residencies in General and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from Wayne State University. He is active in his field as a member of several professional organizations, such as the American College of Cardiology and the , Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Formerly, he was a Clinical Instructor and Assistant Professor of Surgery at Wayne State University, and is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at a regional medical university, as well as an Attending Surgeon at six regional medical centers.
