Dr. Robert Johnson, MD

Dr. Robert G. Johnson has specialized experience in the fields of Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery of the Spine. He earned his MD from the University of Toronto Temerty Faculty of Medicine, an MS in Experimental Surgery from McGill University, and a BS from the University of Guelph. He completed residencies in Orthopaedic Surgery and in General Surgery at Wellesley Hospital, in Cardiovascular Surgery at Toronto General Hospital, and in Plastic Surgery at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Additionally, he completed residencies in Respiratory ICU at Toronto General Hospital, Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children, Orthopaedic Surgery at Michael Garron Hospital, and a research fellowship in Experimental Surgery at Shriners Hospital for Children. Today, this expert is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Formerly, he held roles as the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Luke's Baptist Hospital and as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at ELNA Medical - Metro Medic. Currently, he works as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UT Health San Antonio and as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Neurosurgical Associates of San Antonio, P.A.
