Prof. William Castellano

Prof. William Castellano earned his PhD in industrial relations and human resource management from Rutgers University and he has over 30 years of experience in the human resources industry. He served as an employment manager, vice president of organizational development, and senior vice president of global staffing at Merrill Lynch and Company, Inc. He then went on to serve as the director of HRM undergraduate studies, the director of the strategic HR leadership council, and associate dean of professional education at Rutgers University. Currently, he is the chair of human resources and an assistant professor at a major university in New Jersey.
