Prof. Kevin Davis has extensive experience in anti-corruption law and commercial law. He earned his BA in economics from McGill University, his LLB from the University of Toronto, and his LLM from Columbia University. He previously served as a law clerk for Justice John Sopinka in the Supreme Court of Canada, as an associate at Tory Tory DesLauriers & Binnington, and as an associate professor of law at the University of Toronto. He then served as a professor and vice dean of global affairs for the New York University School of Law. This expert is currently the director of the Coalition for Integrity and a professor of business law at a law school in NY.
