Ms. Patricia A. Costantini has 42 years of experience in the field of Rehabilitation Counseling and 28 years of experience in the field of Life Care Planning. She earned her BA in Social Welfare from Pennsylvania State University and her M.Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. She also obtained a Diploma in Nursing from the UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing and a Certificate in Life Care Planning from the University of Florida. Today, this expert is a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner through the Certified Nurse Life Care Planner Certification Board, a Certified Life Care Planner through the International Commission on Health Care Certification, a Certified Case Manager through the Commission for Case Manager Certification, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts. Additionally, she is also Legal Nurse Consultant Certified through the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board and a Registered Nurse and Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania. Formerly, this expert served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Since 1992, she has served as the Owner of Costantini Rehab, Inc., where she also serves as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
