Ms. Michele Cook, RN, MA, CCM, CRC

Sharla Cook has over 40 years of experience in Medical Vocational Planning, Medical Case Management, Vocational Rehab, and Life Care Planning. She earned her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Linfield College and her M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Emphasis on Spiritual Traditions & Ethics from Marylhurst University. Ms. Cook also obtained her RN from Los Angeles County/U.S.C. Medical Center School of Nursing. She is board certified as a certified nurse life care planner, certified professional disability manager, and certified case manager. Ms. Cook is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and holds an active license as a Registered Nurse in Oregon and Washington.
