Dr. James Schumacher, MD

Dr. James M. Schumacher has specialized experience in the field of Neurological Surgery. They earned their BA in Chemistry from Brigham Young University and their MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine. After completing their residency in Neurosurgery at Harvard Medical School, they went on to complete a fellowship in Epilepsy at the Yale School of Medicine. Today, the expert holds a certification in Neurological Surgery. Previously, they served as an Attending Neurosurgeon at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Currently, they work as the President/Owner of Sarasota Neurosurgery, P.A., where they also serve as a Surgeon. Furthermore, they are a Research Associate at Harvard Medical School and a Producer with Olive Productions.
