Dr. Tad Gerlinger, MD

Dr. Tad L. Gerlinger has specialized experience in the fields of Adult Reconstructive Orthopaedic Surgery, as a Military Health Care Provider, and in Orthopaedic Surgery. They earned their BS in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point and their MD from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. After completing their residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Rush University Medical Center. Today, the expert holds a certification in Orthopedic Surgery. Previously, they held roles as an Orthopaedic Surgeon with the United States Army, as an Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical College, and as Co-Director of the Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center. Currently, they work as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, as a Surgeon at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, and as Director of the Adult Reconstructive Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.
