Dr. Robert Lieberson, MD, FACS

Dr. Robert Lieberson, MD, FACS has over 30 years of experience in the field of neurosurgery, specializing in spine surgery. He earned his BA in molecular biology, his BSE in computer science, and his MD from the University of Pennsylvania. He then completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in neurosurgery, followed by a fellowship in spinal cord injury and a fellowship in cyberknife radiosurgery, all at Stanford Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in neurosurgery and is a member of several professional organizations, such as the American College of Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Moreover, he has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and lectures both nationally and internationally. This expert previously served as a clinical assistant professor of neurosurgery at Stanford Hospital and Clinics and as the vice chief of surgery at ValleyCare Medical Center. He also served as an attending neurosurgeon at Mercy General Hospital and as an attending physician and chief executive officer at Northern California Neurosurgery Medical Group. Currently, he is an attending neurosurgeon at a hospital in Oregon.
