Dr. Memorie Gosa has over 9 years of experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, specializing in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Alabama, her Master of Science from The University of Mississippi, and her Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Memphis. After completing her residency at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center, she went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric feeding & swallowing at The University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Gosa is board certified as a Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders. Formerly, she held roles as Senior Speech Language Pathologist at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center and as Manager for Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital. Currently, she serves as Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Communicative Disorders at The University of Alabama.
