Deborah Kalinoski has over two decades of experience in healthcare staffing services. She received her BSN from West Virginia University before going on to serve as a charge nurse at Manatee Memorial Hospital. From there, she moved to Maxim Healthcare Services where she began her career in health staffing and held a variety of different roles. She served as a registered nurse, director, regional director and national director of clinical services as well as VP of clinical affairs. Currently, she serves as co-founder of a clinical consulting firm in FL.
