Dr. Cameron Hernandez, MD

Dr. Cameron R. Hernandez has specialized experience in the fields of Palliative Medicine, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, and Hospital Administration. They earned their BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, and their MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After completing their residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Geriatrics at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Today, the expert holds certifications in Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine. Previously, they held roles as a Medical Director of Ambulatory Care at Mount Sinai Hospital, and as Chief Medical Officer, Vice President, and Executive Director at Mount Sinai Queens. Currently, they work as an Associate Attending Physician at Mount Sinai Hospital, a Physician, President and Chief Operating Officer at Mount Sinai Queens, and Professor of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
