Dr. Andrew Johnson, MD

Dr. Andrew K. Johnson has 10 years of experience in the field of Neurological Surgery. He earned his BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience from Syracuse University, and his MD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Johnson completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at Rush University Medical Center, and a fellowship in Endovascular Neurosurgery at the same institution. He is board certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. Previously, he served as President of Gaudi Vascular, Inc., as a Surgeon in the Divisions of General and Endovascular Neurosurgery with Wellstar Medical Group, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Rush University Medical College. Currently, he serves as the Director of Cranial Neurosurgery at Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital, and as a Neurosurgeon at NorthShore Neurological Institute with Endeavor Health.
