Biomechanics Expert Witness

Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the field of biomechanics. He received his AA from Brevard College before earning both his BS and MA at Western Carolina University. He subsequently earned his PhD in biomechanics from Auburn University. He is active in his field as a member of the South Carolina Association for Physical Education and Sport, the South Carolina Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, & Dance, the Council of Healthcare Advisors, and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He is also highly involved in research, having authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and serving as a manuscript reviewer for 11 biomechanics and sports science journals. Currently, this expert is an adjunct professor of bioengineering at a South Carolina university, an adjunct clinical research professor of orthopaedics and orthopaedic surgery for two South Carolina medical schools, and a professor of health and human performance at a South Carolina college.
