This qualified expert earned his BS in physics from University of Washington and his MS in mathematics from University of Oregeon. He also completed a MS in applied physics from the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology and his PhD in electrical engineering at Oregon Health and Science University. He subsequently entered an NIH-funded postgraduate fellowship in dermatology at the Oregon Health & Science University.
