This expert is board certified in dermatology and completed fellowship training in dermatologic surgery/mohs micrographic surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is active in her field as the president of the Central Alabama Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses' Association, as well as a member of the Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Society and the Alabama State Nurses Association.
